Last updated: 01/10/2026

Welcome to Deeliver ("Deeliver," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deeliver website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is used by parents or guardians ("Parents" or "Senders"), students ("Students" or "Recipients"), and independent drivers ("Drivers").

By accessing or using Deeliver in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Deeliver is a platform that connects Parents with Drivers to facilitate meal and package deliveries between Parents and Students. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Deeliver.

2. User Accounts

To use Deeliver, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment and Fees

Parents agree to pay the delivery fee as displayed at the time of order placement. All fees are processed through our secure payment system. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated fees.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Please review our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for detailed information about refund eligibility and cancellation terms.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring packages are ready for pickup at the scheduled time
  • Students are responsible for being available at the delivery location during the scheduled window
  • Drivers are responsible for safe and timely delivery of packages
  • All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

Deeliver acts as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the actions of Drivers, Parents, or Students. Deeliver is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our Service.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law, rather than in court.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
